- The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 10, where he was the former Regional Director, became third in rank in Quality Management System (QMS) certification based on performance;
- DILG R10 also became a recipient of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Award;
- Under his effective leadership, Local Government Units (LGUs) in Region 10 received the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLS) Award, and he is also doing the same for Region 8, as he is now the Regional Director.
